Miriam?Liss,?professor?of?psychological?science?at?the?University?of?Mary?Washington,?is?a?clinical?psychologist?who?has?been?recognized?for?both?her?teaching?and?her?research.?She?received?the?State?Council?for?Higher?Education?for?Virginia?(SCHEV)?Outstanding?Faculty?Award?in?2015.?She?has?published?widely?in?an?extensive?range?of?fields?within?the?psychology?of?women,?including?feminist?identity,?the?objectification?and?sexualization?of?women,?the?division?of?labor,?and?motherhood.?She?is?co-author?of?Balancing?the?Big?Stuff:?Finding?Happiness?in?Work,?Family,?and?Life.
